Pay only upon a successful hire. We handle sourcing and screening at our expense, and you pay a placement fee only if you hire a candidate we present (industry-standard approximately 20 to 25% of first-year salary).
Ideal for mid-level roles or any situation where you prefer to pay for results, not promises.
Retained Search:
For critical senior or niche roles, engage us exclusively with an upfront retainer. We dedicate our full resources to your search, including research and targeted outreach. A portion of the fee (about one-third) is paid to kick off the search, with the remainder due in milestones (shortlist delivered, hire made). Best for executive or hard-to-fill positions where a deeper, collaborative search is needed.

Need AI talent on a project basis or trial period? We can provide contract AI developers or data scientists. Dynamic Sourcing hires the contractor (W-2 or 1099) and embeds them with your team. You pay an hourly or monthly rate, and we handle payroll, taxes, and admin via a straightforward markup on the contractor’s rate. This model offers maximum flexibility to scale your team up or down quickly without long-term commitments.
