Retained Search

Our retained search is a premium service for critical or senior hires (for example, an AI Team Lead or Machine Learning Scientist). We partner with you exclusively, diving deep into the market to find precisely the right candidate. The retained search percentage fee is typically 25-30% of the position’s first-year total compensation. This fee is split into three stages: one-third to kick off the search, one-third upon delivering a vetted shortlist, and the final third when your chosen candidate is hired.

This model is common for strategic hires where time, confidentiality, and precision are paramount. Contract Staffing

For project-based needs or interim expertise, our contract staffing model allows you to quickly add AI-capable developers to your team on a temporary basis. We handle all the recruiting and employment logistics for the contractor. You simply pay an hourly (or monthly) rate for the duration of the contract.
Dynamic Sourcing charges a markup of about 50-60% on the contractor’s pay rate to cover payroll, taxes, and management. (For example, if a contractor is paid $50/hour, the bill rate to you would be around $75-$80/hour.) This transparent markup model ensures no hidden fees. You get the skilled AI developer you need, and we handle the rest. Contract engagements are highly flexible: ramp up or down as your project demands, with the confidence that our contractors are pre-vetted and capable. We stand by our placements. In the unlikely event a hire doesn’t work out early on, we offer a replacement guarantee for permanent placements. If your new hire leaves or is terminated within the first 90 days, we will find a suitable replacement at no additional charge.
